• The performance fee for Synchronicity Strings depends upon the ensemble size, length of performance and location of the venue.

• For events outside the immediate San Francisco and Oakland area a travel fee is added.

• Musicians will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the booked performance start time to set up and go over details with the event planner. This set up time is included in the performance fee. When an earlier arrival time is necessary for microphone sound check, tricky parking at the venue or other reasons, an early arrival fee is added.

• It is not normally necessary for the musicians to attend event rehearsals or walk throughs. ​We can usually discuss all the necessary details over the phone or via email.  ​
